Included in the updated content was an exciting fleet of new delivery vehicles. UPS continues to innovate their delivery from drones to e-bikes and electric trucks to helicopters.

The exercise also called for an updated set of expressive iconography. We evolved the style to tie functional and expressive levers of the system together.

An expansive bank of characters was crafted to create distinction between UPS customers and employees, all while paying close attention to diverse representation and expression.
