Making a Grand Entrance Downtown
Intro
We helped international real estate development firm Greystar introduce a new star in Atlanta’s skyline.
Ascent Peachtree, a high-rise apartment community in the center of downtown Atlanta, gives residents all the perks of a luxury five-star hotel, and plenty more.
Ascent Peachtree makes its mark with a soaring letterform that dually represents the surrounding downtown skyscrapers and the residence as a launchpad of opportunity. Delicate and gilded, the letterform pairs with a chiseled serif wordmark to create a stately presence.
Leading with shades of gold and balanced with deep blues and crisp white, Ascent Peachtree looks luxe without feeling out of reach. A brand voice that’s welcoming and down-to-earth drives home a message of easy sophistication.
Geometric patterns and background texture add visual depth and versatility for plenty of applications. Vivid product and lifestyle photography paints a stunning picture of what it’s like to live at the top.
