Alta Riverwalk
Intro
It’s not every day that an apartment can claim riverfront views as a primary amenity.
We helped property developer Wood Partners introduce its new Nashville residence, Alta Riverwalk, by devising a brand identity that capitalizes on the natural wonder of the neighboring Cumberland River and linear park and trail, the Greenway.
Aiming to attract Nashville newcomers who are eager to explore, as well as urbanites looking to elevate their living experience, Alta Riverwalk’s identity is positioned around being a home that reimagines the riverside. The brand draws on themes of exploration, being active, and enjoying both the great outdoors and the comforts of a well-appointment home.
We began with a brandmark that feels both organic and outdoorsy, with sloping curves and chiseled edges.
Mirroring the nearby river, Alta Riverwalk adds texture and interest by layering variations of its palette’s blues and greens, and utilizing photography reflecting bodies of water and blue skies.
Torn paper edges mimic rippling waves, and badges bring a vintage summer camp vibe.
With an emphasis on being bike-able and walkable to nearly everything in the city, brand messaging is easygoing and encourages residents to get out and explore what’s just beyond their doorstep.
