Brit learned early on that the richest work happens where disciplines interact. Today her role spans design, writing, naming, and brand strategy. This collaborative perspective drives her to lead work that blends strategic meaning with verbal clarity and visual impact. She finds energy in the unexpected solutions that emerge when smart questions meet creative rigor.

At Matchstic, Brit partners with teams who are ready to break from the expected and build identities that can do work—systems that are thoughtfully used by teams to affect engaging audience experiences. Brit’s style invites participation, aims to empower internal teams, and guides them through sets of decisions with tradeoffs.

Across projects—whether refreshing a legacy identity or helping a mission-driven organization find its voice—Brit’s work is grounded in curiosity and strategic care. She builds creative systems that are beautiful and functional, rooted in insight and tuned for the people who will live with them. Part of that is asking the right questions early, listening deeply, and designing with clarity and purpose.

Brit believes that identities should balance equity in long-lasting elements used consistently, with expressive, flex elements that dynamically move and should be refreshed over shorter periods of time.

Brit has partnered with hundreds of brands across a myriad of B2B and B2C industries from startups to Fortune 50 enterprises. With a mind for both big picture possibilities and practical realities, Brit is comfortable standing in the tension with her clients as they navigate the complex process of rebrand, launch, and implementation.
