KidSpring is the children’s ministry of NewSpring Church in Anderson, SC. It is a world of wonder, amazement, fun, and age-appropriate environments where the Bible is taught in creative and relevant ways.

Challenge
Fill a 25,000 sq ft building with an imaginative, fun, age-appropriate world of 16 unique yet cohesive environments all to be dreamt, named, designed and built in only 6 months.
The project also included developing a naming system, brand architecture, brand identity system, and environment design for NewSpring Church’s childrens ministries.

Solution
We worked with the NewSpring team to name, design, and implement the brand identity as well as all the ministry environments, including a 12ft 3-D rocket, a 222ft hallway telling the story of creation with pattern and shape and a small town complete with a movie theatre.
The KidSpring brand became a world of age-appropriate environments where they can learn, play, and grow.

Results
“The brand change and the environments have really been a catalyst for getting our vision for children's ministry out there. Our confidence in our vision has grown not only in our staff, but also within our volunteer teams at all of our campuses! We love how KidSpring is now connected to NewSpring. The environment design itself, the theming and the layout, have also been a boost for us! The kids have loved the environments and our retention of 4th/5th grade kids has gone up. Before the building opened we were averaging around 1200 kids, but once the building opened our averages went up to 1400 kids.”
