Those little mini football helmets that you see on our desks are our pride and joy. Every time someone does something noteworthy, they get a little flame-shaped sticker for their helmet. Whoever acquires the most stickers each week gets to award the stickers the next week. It's just another small way that we encourage innovation, hard work, and creativity.
