Know the Target

One of the biggest mistakes that can a company can make is not defining its target audience.

You can have an incredible product.

With a great brand name.

And a clear message.

You can have a strong brand mark.

With a great website.

And amazing customer service.

But none of that matters if you don't have a clear definition of who you're talking to.
