Today, Matchstic’s own lady-designers will join Blake at the 2011 HOW Design Conference in Chicago.

I am ecstatic to announce that Staci and I will be present at this year’s HOW in Illinois. As my first design conference, I imagine it as the Dragon*Con of graphic design. In addition, this is also my first time in Chicago, so any recommendations to great restaurants are more than welcome!

A few of the speakers I look forward to include Armin Vit, founder of UnderConsideration, Jessica Hische, infamous letterer and illustrator, and of course, world-renowned creative director Blake Howard (I heard his session is mind-blowing).

To those attending, if you catch either Staci or I, feel free to buy us a drink—or just say hi!
