Job Opening: Project Manager

This full time role will be a key part of the day-to-day activities and will serve an important function as the hub between the design team, accounts, and clients.
Job Description
The Project Manager will oversee the internal management of all projects and ensure an efficient and on-time outcome for clients. Job responsibilities will include the following:
- Project planning
- Management of creative team’s daily tasks and priorities
- Timeline and deadline management
- Vendor management
- Quick turnaround on time-sensitive tasks
- Organization of client feedback and assets
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
The Project Manager will be responsible for the management of the creative team’s daily tasks, schedules, and deadlines. Project flow, scope management, and project efficiency will be a key component of the position.
Skill Set
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, communicate with incredible clarity and empathy - while still being able to direct. Understanding of how to manage timelines, work toward a deadline, and maintain multiple priorities in tandem a must. Experience in managing people a plus. Some knowledge of the print production and web development processes also a plus.
Experience
At least 2 years of experience.
Agency experience a plus.
