Perception Gaps

We work with alot of clients who know they truly offer a better value than their compeition but time and time again they loose out on a new prospect and it's usually due to perceptions gaps.

There are gaps that form between internal reality (what you think & know to be true) and externally assumptions (what they think to be true) and it's due to a lack of setting the right perceptions. Here's the best way to start closing those gaps:

Find out how big your gaps are by simply asking your clients to describe you and what you do best.

• Then ask yourself, who am I really and how should I be perceived?

• Finally, develop and execute a design system that best communicates who you truly are.
