With Pleasure
I was talking with one of our recent campers. He said the best/worst part was the way Craig and Blake wouldn't just let answers be. They would press every answer for more. Always digging/refining/removing the top layers to get to the heart. To reveal, encourage and affirm the hidden potential. To find the gold.
What do you do? Why do you do it? Why does it matter? Simple questions but the answers can change everything. For example: Ask yourself, why would someone want to work for your company versus the competition. The easy answer is money, "I will pay them more". But is it really that simple? Are we as people really that simple. And is that the most sustainable advantage? What does your company offer it's employees beyond a paycheck?
What if employees of your company went around telling their friends and families how much they loved working for you? How much they enjoyed the people they worked with, the way they felt valued, the way they had grown as a person. How do you put a price on that? How can anyone compete with that? What impact would that have on sales? Ask Chick-fil-a. All they sell is a chicken sandwich, with pleasure.
