That's the question GOOD magazine asked designers from around the world. To design a flag not for their city, not for their country but for a place they care about the most, their neighborhood. "Neighborhood flags should illicit an emotional response to the area. My flag could depict a squirrel because we have a ton of them. I hate them, some people love them, but everyone has strong feelings about them."
