The Masters

Within my waking moments this weekend I was admiring The Masters. Unique among all the majors each year, the Masters has one home — Augusta National Golf Club — which over the years has allowed a set of traditions to evolve. Traditions which have come to define it as a major and a brand. It's commitment to tradition and quality are displayed in everything. Traditions like the green jacket, pimento cheese sandwiches, hand-operated scoreboards and unfashionable identity. Quality like the perfectly manicured greens, crushed marble sand traps and 56min of every hour without commercial interruption. The Masters zealously guards its history and it's distinctions. Everything is done with an uncompromising commitment to quality.
