I particularly like the idea, or better to call it the concept, of reflection. Yes, the external image of a company is a mirror for what inside.
Rebranding is a change; and change is a strategic choice that should be believed and adopted by the whole organization.
A lot of companies choose the option of rebranding just for managers to feel good about themselves and that they are really doing something. And after the buzz of the rebranding diminish, they figure out that they need another rebranding … and another one … and another .. etc.</description>
